Barry, Hurley, and San Jose Apartments are HUD subsidized properties for low-income seniors. The community center at each property is the central hub for residents to meet and fellowship. Funding is not available for activities that keep the resident’s active that will enable them to enjoy and maintain their independence in their home longer. Due to the lack of funding, the management company along with staff and the help of volunteer board members are left to raise funds to maintain the activities that make a difference in our resident lives. Activities such as a Lunch Program, Birthday Luncheons, Coffee Hour, Arts & Crafts, Games, Holiday Dinners, Movie Time and for so much more, we seek your support.
